Gravity Alarm — Privacy Policy

Effective Date: February 9, 2026

Gravity Alarm is developed and published by KØHAI Global. This Privacy Policy explains how the app handles your information.

1. Information We Collect

Gravity Alarm is designed with privacy at its core. We collect as little data as possible:

  • Motion & Sensor Data: Gravity Alarm uses your device's accelerometer and motion sensors (via CoreMotion) to detect your standing pose and arm position. This data is processed entirely on your device and is never transmitted to any server.
  • Alarm Data: Your alarm schedules, labels, and preferences are stored locally on your device and synced between your iPhone and Apple Watch using Apple's WatchConnectivity framework. This data does not pass through our servers.
  • Crash Reports & Diagnostics: If you opt in via Apple's standard settings, anonymised crash reports and diagnostics may be shared with us through Apple's App Store Connect to help us improve the app.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

Gravity Alarm does not collect, store, or transmit:

  • Personal identification information
  • Location data
  • Health or fitness data
  • Advertising identifiers
  • Analytics or usage tracking beyond Apple's standard opt-in diagnostics

3. Data Storage

All alarm and preference data is stored locally on your device using UserDefaults. Data synced between your iPhone and Apple Watch uses Apple's encrypted WatchConnectivity framework and does not pass through any third-party servers.

4. Third-Party Services

Gravity Alarm does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. The only external service involved is Apple's own infrastructure for device syncing and optional crash reporting.

5. Children's Privacy

Gravity Alarm is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date.
